Describing oneself in a paragraph is not an easy task, but here it goes; First and foremost I am a single mum of my two adult children. My family is the most important thing to me. The hospitality and restaurant industry is one that I studied early on but only submersed myself in to later in life. It is a lifestyle and business that am passionate about. Both my life and work experience have afforded me the skills to realize EMBERS, along with the collaboration of my partners.
Attention to detail and service are paramount to me and I wish to convey that to every guest who visits us. EMBERS is a labour of love, partnership and team work and one that I am proud to bring to our community.

The restaurant business is a difficult business that takes dedication, patience and commitment. I started my journey decades ago in Hudson working and managing in some of the busiest restaurants. My education in hotel restaurant management gave me a broader knowledge of the industry. I have met many colleges and customers over the years who have become good friends of mine. I have owned a restaurant in the past and with this combined experience I bring my full attention and devotion to Restaurant Embers. My love for the town of Hudson and small community is close to my heart. It has molded my life and continues to instill values and respect to those around me. My family has a long history in Hudson and I am so proud to bring up my children in this community.
